"'ve traditionally used one of those fancy insurance brokers but decided this go around to switch things up. I'm glad I did. Sam identified many deficiencies in my now former policy and took the time to explain each line item to me. She worked with me to get me a policy I was really comfortable with. Sam spoke to me like a human not just a commission and really made me feel comfortable switching to state farm. I know state farm has gotten a lot of flak recently but if they continue to employ people like Sam, I'm sure the company would be unrivaled. I'm truly grateful for all her help.
